You have just found it – Pilu at Freshwater is a great option for Micro-weddings on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Read-on to learn more about this micro-wedding at Pilu, and how we photographed it.
Nathan and Kanako’s micro-wedding started just before lunch on a Sunday. Pilu’s hedge-lined entrance guides you up to the terraced garden at the front, where guests are waiting to greet you. Freshwater Beach is a lovely backdrop and iconic in the area. After Nathan and Kanako’s ceremony and some family photographs, we took a walk down to the beach and rock pools to capture a few portraits.
Lunch for Nathan and Kanako’s Pilu micro-wedding was served in the Balcony Room, to the right as you enter the venue. Guests enjoyed drinks on the private balcony whilst we captured portraits. Once seated, Pilu staff served up a delicious degustation.
